Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below for both digital products and physical items.

Digital PDF Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF guides, ebooks, meal plans, and other downloadable files are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed and the download has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, receive the wrong file, or your download is corrupted, please contact us at allipdfguide@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Physical Products

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at allipdfguide@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads and PDF products.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Perishable goods.
• Personal care items.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Gift cards.
• Sale or clearance items.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a return request.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the eligible product (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible physical merchandise within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not generally apply to digital content that has been supplied immediately after purchase where you have consented to the download and acknowledged that your cancellation rights are waived, as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible returned physical item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
